Foster Fuels has been a common carrier of petroleum products for over 45 years. We feature reliable service, competitive rates and the best drivers and equipment in the business. Our large fleet of delivery trucks can handle any size order. We haul all types of petroleum and have delivered on a promise to satisfy your fuel needs for 85 years.

Residential
Foster Fuels serves residential customers in fifteen counties selling home heating oil and kerosene. Our deliveries are prompt and our delivery personnel courteous and experienced. Most of our customers know their delivery driver by name, and our drivers know theirs. The Foster residential delivery staff is experienced, averaging about 15 years each with the company. We offer automatic fill service where we will make sure you never run out of fuel. Senior customers receive a discount, and we give a discount to our cash paying customers. Ask about other flexible payment and delivery options such as budget payment and prebuy.

Commercial
Today, Foster Fuels has the capability of serving any volume user whether large or small. Because of our long-standing relationships with major oil companies, we provide a level of stability and competitivenes that few other oil companies can match. Many customers receive daily prices via fax, allowing them to track fuel prices and purchase when the time is right. We do our best to work with each customer to understand their specific needs.

Agricultural
Foster Fuels carries a full line of agricultural petroleum products, including motor oils and greases. We have served this area's farmers for eighty-five years, providing them with exceptional service and prices. Foster Fuels was here in the 40s & 50s when Brookneal was one of southside VA's major tobacco markets. We understood the needs of farmers then, and we understand them now. Today, we continue to serve many agricultural interests like tobacco, cattle, timber and other crops. The Fosters are active supporters of the Virginia Tech Agricultural program which is one of the tops in the country. Foster Fuels also has a special interest in serving our farmers. Phelps Creek Angus Farm is owned and run by the Foster family.

Retail
Serving mom and pop country stores and major convenience markets has become the largest division of our business. We currently serve retail outlets in VA, WV, NC and TN, either by small tank wagons or large capacity tankers. We offer same-day service, competitive prices and unbeatable reliability.
