 Responding quickly to a government request to provide fuel support to remote  regions of Kentucky following massive ice storms and power outages in early 2009. Foster was able to mobilize quickly and sustain wide-scale fueling operations in harsh sub-freezing conditions. Foster provided round-the-clock fuel supply and carried out multiple delivery missions to facilities that needed it most such as hospitals and shelters. Foster kept National Guard and military generators full while they carried out relief missions. |
